We’ve added two new reports that showcase Max’s automated sourcing: one tracks total activity, the other shows candidate response and interested rates. Get clearer insights into how Max is filling your funnel.

Smarter candidate Q&A handling

When Max receives a candidate question it can’t answer, it now automatically notifies the job owner via Slack. Once it gets an answer from the hiring manager or recruiter, Max closes the loop with the candidate and adds the info to its knowledge base for future use.
