Rather than emailing sourced candidates as Max, Tezi now offers the ability to “send on behalf of” (SOBO) as yourself or anyone else at your company. You can now calibrate Max differently for sourced vs applied

This morning, we released a change that enables you to calibrate Max differently depending on whether the candidate is an inbound applicant or someone Max sourced for you. There are baseline “Constraints” that apply to all candidates, and then you can add a higher bar of “Sourcing Preferences” that will ​​only​​ impact who Max sources but not the applicant pool.
